Our preferred method is for you to email us your scanned documents. A new email address has been setup to receive these. Please send to firstname.lastname@example.org. There will be additional instructions on our WEBSITE sierrataxservice.net
To go paperless, we now offer a client portal for both communicating with you and delivering your documents. Instructions for its use will be available on our website in the upcoming days.
You can use the postal service to mail copies of your documents. We will no longer accept original documents so make sure the copies you send are legible. If you choose this method, you will be notified, once your documents are received. Please remember to include both your email and current phone contacts with your documents.
Whichever method you choose we will make every attempt to complete your returns as soon as possible.

A NEW TAX SEASON IS HERE!
Sierra Tax Service has made many changes to its operations for the coming year.
As many of you already know our office in Palmdale was closed this year. We have been reorganizing and many of you were not able to get in touch with us. We apologize for the inconvenience and have made every effort to improve your experience. Our sincerest apologies to those of you who were affected by this, and we pledge to make this coming year a better experience.
We will no longer maintain a physical office and will be working from home. Please visit our website to obtain the required checklist and questionnaire. You must complete and submit these along with your documents. There will be several options for you to submit your documents including the following:
